Breeder profile
Your public breeder profile is your showcase on the BeePass Index. It presents your breeding program, your queens, your testers, and your contact information to other members of the network.
Profile content
Your profile displays the following information:
| Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Full name | Your breeder name |
| Avatar | Profile picture |
| Location | City and country |
| Website | Link to your website |
| Social media | Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn |
Fill in your profile as much as possible -- it appears in the BeePass Index and helps potential testers find you. A detailed profile inspires confidence.
Profile tabs
The breeder profile is organized into three tabs:
Profile
Biography, contact details, and links to your social media. Official coloured icons for each network are displayed automatically.
Testers
Overview of your testing network, with Instagram-style counters:
- Queens: total number of F0 queens
- Testers: number of distinct testers (F0 evaluators + F1 owners)
- Countries: number of countries covered by your testers
Queens
Paginated table of your queens with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Queen name |
| Year | Birth year |
| Dam | Mother queen |
| Sire | Drone group |
| Evaluation | Number of evaluations received |
| Series | Series badge if applicable |
| Official code | Official serial number |
BeePass Index
The BeePass Index is the public directory of breeders. Navigation follows three levels:
- Countries: list of countries with breeder counts
- Breeders: list of breeders in a country
- Queens: list of a breeder's queens with links to detail pages and pedigree trees
Each queen in the index is clickable and leads to a full detail page with multi-generation pedigree (3, 5, or 7 levels).
Queen series
Queens sharing the same dam, sire, and birth year are automatically grouped into series. A badge displays the dam's name and the number of sisters:
Example: Buckfast-12 (5) means 5 sister queens from Buckfast-12
Contact a breeder
The Contact button on a breeder's profile automatically creates a private conversation (direct message) in the Chat. You are redirected to the messaging interface with the conversation already open.
The Contact button is the easiest way to offer your testing services or request F1 queens.
