Status Page

The status page allows you to check at a glance whether BeePass services are running normally. It is publicly accessible, without requiring a login.

Access

Go to beepass.io/status from any browser. No authentication is required.

Before Reporting a Bug

Check the status page before contacting support. If a service is down or degraded, the technical team is already aware and working on a resolution.

Monitored Services

The page displays the status of four essential services:

ServiceRole
Web ApplicationMain BeePass interface (pages, navigation, API)
DatabaseStorage of queens, evaluations, profiles, and messages
Computation ServerGenetic computation pipeline (EBV, XGBoost, BLUP)
Email ServicesSending transactional emails (MFA, notifications, support)

Status Indicators

Each service is represented by a colour indicator:

ColourStatusMeaning
GreenOperationalThe service is running normally
OrangeDegradedThe service is running but with reduced performance or intermittent errors
RedUnavailableThe service is down

Automatic Refresh

The page refreshes automatically every 30 seconds. Data is cached for 15 seconds to avoid overloading the server. You do not need to manually reload the page.

Detection Delay

An incident may take up to 30 seconds to appear on the status page. If you encounter an issue but the page indicates everything is operational, wait one minute and then reload.

In Case of an Outage

If one or more services are displayed in red:

  1. Wait a few minutes -- short outages are usually resolved automatically
  2. Reload the page after 2 to 3 minutes to check the progress
  3. If the outage persists beyond 15 minutes, you may contact support by email
Maintenance Mode

During scheduled updates, BeePass displays a dedicated maintenance page with an estimated countdown. The status page remains accessible during maintenance.
