Notifications

The BeePass notification system keeps you informed in real time of activity related to your account: support responses, updates on your queens, and important messages.

Notification Bell

A bell icon is permanently visible in the application header. A numeric badge indicates the number of unread notifications. Click on it to display a quick overview of your latest notifications.

Notification Centre

To access all your notifications, go to My Account then Notifications, or click directly on View All Notifications in the bell dropdown menu.

The notification centre organises your alerts by month as tabs. Each tab displays the number of unread notifications for the relevant period.

Notification Types

TypeDescriptionExample
GeneralActivity related to your queens and accountNew evaluation received, import completed
SupportResponses to your support ticketsTeam response, AI suggestion
Real-Time Notifications

Notifications arrive instantly thanks to the real-time connection with the server. If you have the application open in a tab, the badge updates automatically without page reload.

You can filter the displayed notifications according to several criteria:

  • Month: navigate between months via the tabs at the top of the page
  • Type: filter by category (general, support)
  • Status: display only unread notifications or all notifications

Actions

Mark as Read

Two options are available:

  • Individually: click on a notification to mark it as read
  • In bulk: use the Mark All as Read button to process all visible notifications at once

Direct Navigation

Each notification contains a link to the relevant resource. Click on a support notification to go directly to the ticket in question. Notifications related to queens redirect you to the queen's card.

Save Time

Support notifications are automatically marked as read when you open the corresponding ticket. No need to go back and tick them manually.

Pagination

If you have a large number of notifications, the list is paginated. Scroll down and click Load More to display the next notifications.

Email Notifications

Certain critical events also trigger an email notification, depending on your preferences. To configure email notifications:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open the Notifications tab
  3. Enable or disable the desired categories
Important Emails

Security notifications (login from a new device, password change) are always sent by email and cannot be disabled.
